As a ‘go to’ reference for timeless, simple voiles, the new designs include; Muslin, a fine weave with an irregular crinkle slub, County, an open weave with a linen cross-hatch effect and a new recycled option, Tranquility Eco. Including 50% recycled polyester (post-consumer), Tranquility Eco offers a more conscious solution for contract finishing touches, helping designers to achieve a more sustainable interior. Displaying the new ‘Eco’ logo, the voiles are easy to spot on the card. The new voiles are wide width, maximising value when addressing large contract windows, and the new designs come with a weighted selvedge. All are flame retardant (achieving BS5867) and washable.

Fabrics marked with the TREVIRA CS logo are branded flame retardant fabrics. The Trevira fibres are inherently flame retardant and therefore the fabrics made from these fibres and filament yarns are permanently flame retardant. Trevira upholstery fabrics therefore do not require Crib 5 backing to be flame retardant.
The Global Recycled Standard is displayed on products with at least 50% recycled content, whether from post or pre consumer waste (PET) or recycled textiles and yarns. To achieve the standard, each part of the production stage needs to be certified.
