Inspired by the craft of ‘marbling’, this design celebrates the artistic technique which is many centuries old and achieves elegant, decadent patterns by floating liquid paints on a flat surface, then transferring the pattern onto paper and fabric. Many famous artists have explored the craft which is seeing a resurgence today.
